REFER: You provide the customer with our DNA Hybrid Solutions partner card.
REPAIR: We handle the high-voltage diagnostics, battery renewal, and installation at our specialized facility.
REWARD: Once the service is complete, we send your shop a $50 referral check as a "thank you" for the lead.

FAQ
Does this take business away from my shop?
Not at all. We only do hybrid batteries. We don't do brakes, oil changes, or suspension work. If we find other issues during our battery service, we send the customer right back to you for the traditional mechanical work.
Why shouldn’t I just buy a refurbished battery and install it myself?
You certainly can, but many shops find that the labor time, core return logistics, and the $1M high-voltage liability aren't worth the slim margins. We take the risk and the labor off your hands.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We stand by our work. All our battery replacements come with a 2 year 50,000 mile warranty. If there is a battery issue, the customer calls us directly—not you.
Are you properly equipped for HV disposal?
Yes. Our $1M Environmental & Pollution insurance covers the specialized handling required for NiMH cores. We ensure all spent cells are recycled through authorized channels in full compliance with state laws.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. We view this as a "preferred provider" relationship. Use us when you have a backlog or when you simply don't want to deal with a specific high-voltage headache.
